The primary goals of our Salon Level System within Ivy Rose Hair Studio are to provide a career path of growth and achievement for team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set to education, and budget.
Delia
Level 2 Stylist
Delia has six years of salon experience and has a passion for hand painting, styling, and education within the industry. During her training at Ivy Rose, Delia pursued classes at Vidal Sassoon, Masters of Balayage and Wella Studios. She feels so lucky to be able to follow her passion for hair and has felt encouraged by all of her fellow Stylists. She cannot wait to watch her career to continue to grow as she welcomes everyone to her chair! Delia vows to continue her education and stay up to date on all cutting techniques and color trends. She is ready to help her clients achieve the hair of their dreams so they can feel beautiful and confident!

Level 2 Stylist
​Lindsay brings 18 years of experience as a hairstylist, balancing her career with her roles as a wife and mom while caring deeply for both her family and her clients. She has trained with top industry professionals and spent time in New York City refining her skills in both color and cutting. It was there that she mastered her techniques and discovered her passion for custom color and long‑layered haircuts. Lindsay has loved building meaningful relationships with the clients who walk through our doors and looks forward to creating even stronger connections in the years ahead.

Level 3 Stylist
As a woman who is always on the go, Sharon has learned how important it is to find time for yourself. She focuses on providing a unique salon experience that makes you feel loved and empowered. Her goal is to not only have you leave her chair enjoying your hair, but feeling refreshed, renewed and continually supported. With 20+ years in the industry, she has invested countless hours of education and hands on experience in blonding and hair cutting. As a cutting specialist, she takes pride in the amount of detail that goes into her guests' final looks. She can customize your appointment from start to finish putting an emphasis on placement, color tones, and hair health for both blondes and brunettes. Working with you to develop methods that maximize and ensure hair health during your service is Sharon's first priority! If you want that beautiful sun-kissed style while maintaining your hair health, Sharon is your girl!

Brianna has been working behind the chair for 16 years. She specializes in and has a passion for balayage, highlights and fantasy colors. She loves working one-on-one with each guest to bring all their hair goals to life. She is passionate about making her clients feel and look their best while being able to have creative freedom in her chair. She believes that self-care is very important and always ensures her guests leave feeling confident and beautiful!

With a deep passion for bridal and special-occasion styling, Ashley has brought countless hair visions to life, creating looks that feel effortless, and timeless. She believes it is her purpose to help others feel beautiful, confident, and seen.

HollyAnn has been behind the chair for ten years. Her favorite thing about the beauty industry is the endless amount of growth and learning there is, where the limit for success is never ending. She loves meeting new people and making personal connections with them. She comes from a background in education and art therapy & science. This craft truly did give her the best of both worlds allowing her to create art while also making her guest feel more confident with every appointment. She loves formulating colors while figuring out tone & depth for her clients.

HollyAnn is very accepting of all challenges that face her and her guests' hair goals. She makes sure that she thoroughly educates them on the process going forward. Empowering people, especially women to be their best self and feel confident when they walk out of the studio is something she values most. She loves color, including all warm & cool tones, blonding & balayage services, as well as rooted/color melt techniques. She is also truly a girl with passion for the textured, beachy, lived in styling. She wants to be the one to make your hair different.

Lauren is a Hair Stylist with 20 years of experience. She has built long-lasting and meaningful relationships with all of her clients over the years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Lauren is very detail-oriented and passionate about her work. She specializes in blonding and special occasion hair and has many years of experience with these services. She has acquired quite the impressive resume throughout her career and has worked at big events like New York Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival in France, giving her the opportunity to work with some of the best Designers and Artists in the industry. Lauren truly loves making her clients feel comfortable and excited about their hair and excels in achieving all of their hair goals. She is so excited to welcome her existing and new clients into Ivy Rose and help them attain the hair of their dreams!

Her passion for the industry keeps her engaged in all the latest color and technique classes to stay updated with the newest trends. Ariana's top priority is to make her guests feel welcome and become the best version of themselves.

Salon Owner, Kaitlyn, started her career in 2006. She has always aspired to own a salon so that she could create the perfect experience and atmosphere while building relationships for her guests as well as her team. When she found this space in 2020 she started on the journey to accomplish just that. She has an attention to detail that ensures her guests' final look is tailored specifically to them, leaving them to feel flawless every time. She enjoys every day with her stylists and loves watching them create incredible looks for everyone that comes through the front door. Kaitlyn has put an emphasis on education and feels that it is not only extremely motivating, but a priority when striving to be the best version of yourself. She has trained under some of the top stylists and educators in the industry and is always focused on learning the newest color and cutting trends, helping her stay up to date and create the greatest hair possible!

Many of you may wonder who the voice you hear when you call the salon belongs to! Meet Susanne, our extraordinary salon manager and bridal coordinator! She goes above and beyond to ensure the guest experience is one to remember from the time you call to book to when you check out at the end of your service. Her smile and laugh radiate throughout the salon from day to day and contribute to the unique experience of Ivy Rose Hair Studio. Her countless years of experience in the salon environment only add to her professional approach to her day behind the front desk. She will gladly answer any question you may have and makes sure she gets it right the first time. Whether you come in for a haircut or want to totally change your look, Susanne is your first step to a flawless experience.
